GRACE GARDEN NEWS:

The garden continues to produce well and provides the less fortunate and needy with nutrients they would not otherwise have available on a regular basis. We encourage volunteers and church members to visit the garden and pick a tomato other vegetable that might round out their dinnertime meal. All such picking should be limited to the raised beds and demonstration gardens. The produce from the long beds are limited to pickings for each Friday's giveaway to the less fortunate and hungry. We are still joining with the Korean Church of Davis to make this happen.

If you have some time, please consider giving it to the garden. Work hours are from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. each Monday and Saturday mornings. Just come! Any portion of time you can give will be greatly appreciated. Please check the Grace Garden webpage http://www.davisumc.org/Garden.htm for regular updates on what's happening in the Garden.
