Welcome!
Welcome to The United Methodist Church of Davis
A Reconciling Congregation.Come undertake a journey of faith with a community committed to compassionate Christianity. There is a spirit of excitement at Davis United Methodist Church for living the love of Jesus Christ. We are a growing congregation that is making a difference in the community and the world.
The United Methodist Church at large is a Christian movement that seeks to explore how a personal relationship with Jesus Christ enables us to live fuller lives while challenging us to care for people on the edges of society.
Davis UMC has a strong history of social activism. Members of our church have helped found and continue to support STEAC, Community Meals, the Interfaith Cold Weather Shelter, Yolo Hospice, Citizens Who Care, Suicide Prevention, Habitat for Humanity in Yolo County, and Grace in Action.
We hope you will experience this as a place that is truly inclusive of all people of all backgrounds. We have chosen to be a Reconciling Congregation. We welcome people regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, physical ability, or economic condition.
God Bless your journey of faith and please join us any time.
