Upcoming events

UNITED METHODIST WOMEN will not be meeting this month. Thirteen members have signed up to travel to San Francisco on Saturday, September 18^th to visit two safe houses for women, Mary Elizabeth Inn and Gum Moon and sponsored by the Delta District United Methodist Women groups.

Our next meeting will be held on Thursday, October 21^st in the Walker Room. Program details to follow. Please mark your calendars. You won't want to miss this meeting.

Mission

The mission of the Women's Division is to build a supportive community among women; to be an advocate for the oppressed and dispossessed with special attention to the needs of women and children; and to engage in activities that foster growth in the Christian faith, mission education, and Christian social involvement throughout the organization.
