Calling all youth! Come join the wild ride of fellowship, fun and service we at Davis United Methodist Church call CREW! Welcome back from summer everyone! Let’s take a detailed look at what the upcoming school year has in store for youth ministry.

     Every Sunday night CREW will meet from 6-8 p.m. in the youth room. We will begin by sharing dinner together, and then follow dinner with a group game/fellowship time and some conversation about daily life and how it all applies to our faith. We will examine our personal connection with a loving God and discuss the teachings of Jesus Christ in a relaxed, fun environment.

   On Tuesday afternoons from 3:30-5:30 p.m. youth are invited to come hang out at Open Doors in the youth room. Open Doors is a very informal time to relax and socialize with friends after school. Snacks and video games will be provided. Directly following Open Doors every week is a church wide meal called Tasty Tuesdays at 5:30 p.m.

     Other youth events during the school year will include a monthly service project better known as the S.A.L.T. (Serving And Living Together) Shaker Projects and youth fundraisers to raise money for upcoming youth events. Also during the year CREW will have a monthly special event (i.e. Road Rally in September, Pumpkin Picking in October, etc.).
