Grace Garden
Grace Garden is a sustainable garden growing vegetables, fruits and flowers. The 5/8 acre garden was started in 2009 at the back of the church. Our goal is to provide fresh produce to help feed the hungry and to develop relationships with gardeners, students, volunteers – everyone! We have grown thousands of pounds (over 2700 lbs in 2019) of fruit and vegetables. Our work days are Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays, 8-10am June-Sept, and 9-11am from Labor Day to Memorial Day.
The leadership liaisons between Davis UMC and Grace Garden are David Woods and Jim Tischer. Contact them by click the E-mail link below.
