At its March 7, 2017 meeting, the Yolo County Board of Supervisors approved Resolution No. 17-28 “To Affirm Yolo County as a Safe and Welcoming Community.” Davis UMC sent a letter in support of this resolution, which affirms that county law enforcement will continue to “promote the health and safety of residents…without regard to immigration status.” To read the resolution and the letter from our church, please click on the links below.
